WILLOW
- principally white and crack willows
in waterside situations. Many of these
being pollards. Some famous locations
for the trees, such as the water meadows
of the Windrush and Evenlode valleys in
the Cotswolds. Also weeping willow - by
the Serpentine in Hyde Park and in parkland
sites. Goat willow and grey sallow - particularly
to show the catkins. Some cultivars, including
scarlet, golden and contorted.
